Sweet Baby Pocket

Since pocket cards have been on my mind, I thought I’d share another little pocket design. This time it’s a little kraft card in the shape of a tag. Tag shapes are super simple to create by just cutting off a 45° angle on each of the top corners. The front flap on this design is folded up and stitched to form a little pocket to hold a gift card. It’s a great way to make a gift card a little more fun and personal.

Quick Tip: Stitch on your patterned paper circles before you stitch your tag pocket closed.

Supplies: sewing machine, kraft cardstock by Bazzill, stamps by Unity, Yellow Tiny Type by Cosmo Cricket, patterned paper by Echo Park Paper, Jet Black Archival Ink by Ranger, twine, Crystal Star Trinket Pins by Maya Road, button by Jenni Bowlin, tiny pin by Tim Holtz

Happy creating!
