The Farm hits the Farm

I was really excited to get my hands on this latest Thomas Kinkade image from Cornish Heritage Farms. I have treasured memories of spending every Saturday at my grandparent’s farm during my growing up years. The barn especially held a fascination as there were always kitties to discover and believe it or not, we just liked those cows. Sunset at Riverbend Farms is a beautiful image that brings to mind the beauty of rural living. I have a couple designs to share using it today as it looks beautiful in black and white or in color.

Dairy Barn

I have to admit, this first design in my favorite. I’m seriously lovin’ Jenni Bowlin these days and I did a major search to find these darling chipboard buttons that I had. Aren’t they perfect with the barn?!

Riverbend Farm

I have no idea why, but I just could NOT get a clear photo of this project. It was totally fun to color with my Copics. I know a lot of people are nervous about coloring these images but truly…I’d much rather color them than very open images. It’s so easy to refer to the painting on the label and get some great results.
