Round the Clock

Stamps and stains and ink and canvas are the basis for today’s card. It’s another love note and it’s romantic vintage style is one that I love creating in.

It’s time for another CLASSroom post and today I’m sharing this card there with step outs. I hope you’ll join me here!

Have a fabulous weekend!

feeling dotty

I have this thing for polka dots.

What’s not to like?

They are sweet, fun and they never go out of style.

Today I’m in the CLASSroom sharing this card using Ranger Distress Stains. I hope you’ll join me for the full project and step outs.

Happy Friday!

natural beauty

Designing with natural materials and fibres is trend that has taken hold in fashion and decorating over the past while. I love that natural and textured and subtle look. The tone on tone and variety of textures fascinates me. I must admit I’ve spent countless hours on Pinterest enjoying all the inspiration there.

When a style is so prevalent everywhere, it’s usually always a big hit in the paper crafting world. Today in the CLASSroom I’m sharing one of my interpretations of the style. I hope you enjoy it! Here’s the link if you’d like to join me.

Wishing you a wonderful day!

feeling festive

These days I’m really starting to feel a little festive. I have holiday music coming through my speakers, my craft room is producing lots of festive projects, I have lots of presents just waiting to be wrapped, I’m counting the days till my daughter comes home, and tonight my kitchen is full of young people baking cookies for Christmas. It smells wonderful!

One thing I’ve been enjoying each day with my coffee is the holiday inspiration online.

Have you been following the 12 Tags of Christmas with a Feminine Touch? I’ve been enjoying all the fabulous and creative ideas. Today was my day to contribute and above you’ll find a peek at what I’ve created. I hope you’ll join me in the CLASSroom for the tutorial and step outs.

Happy holidays!

a celebration…

It’s a busy, busy weekend and I know many of you are celebrating a holiday weekend in the USA. While here in Canada we celebrated Thanksgiving last month, I’m busy getting into the holiday mood with lots of Christmas shopping, wrapping presents and stringing outside lights. I’m enjoying every minute of it!

I’m also excited about another celebration this weekend. Ellen Hutson LLC is celebrating 5 great years. Congrats Ellen! I’ve been a huge fan and devoted customer from the very beginning. Being part of the CLASSroom team just makes it even better.

We have some great inspiration and challenges to share with you as part of the celebration. Today I’m hosting a sketch challenge that I’m sure you’ll love. You can see a little peek at the project above. There’s a great prize up for grabs so be sure to check it out here.

Happy celebrating!
