tick tock….

Tick Tock… those minutes are flying by! I seriously need more hours in my day right now! It’s Thursday and time for another Ways to Use it Challenge. Guessed what the theme is? Finding ways to use those precious minutes. If you’re like me you still have a few gifts left that you need to come up with. One of my children is involved in a Secret Santa gift exchange at school this year and needed a gift for $5. There’s not much you can buy anymore for $5 so I decided to make this 8×8″ frame for the gift and give it with some chocolate. I picked up the frame at Michael’s for $1.50…I’m sure it’s only a dollar in the US. It’s a great size and keeping in with the theme of QUICK, I made sure it went together quickly. Painting this frame and stamping it is actually FASTER than adhering paper and sanding the edges. The Ranger Paint Dabbers make it super easy to dab on a coat of paint and then stamp randomly with a Scrapblock™. A few quick embellishments are easy to adhere and the project was done. Took me MUCH longer to photograph it and type this up! LOL

I hope you can find some time to play along with the challenge today! Check it out here.
