sketch 47

I’m having fun with this week’s Card Patterns Sketch, sketch 47. I had fun putting a unique spin on the sketch by trimming off 3/4″ of the right side of the card front. This allowed me to decorate the right side of the inside with some darling little orange rhinestones. I love being able to show a little peek at the inside of the card.

This card uses the Basic Grey Sugar Rush papers mixed up with the Sugar Rush Pieces. I love these fun die cut accents and they make for super quick cards. You can personalize the Pieces by sanding them, and adding embellishments such as the bling brackets to highlight the sentiment. To make the heart image pop more, I went over it with a Red Gelly Roll Glaze Pen.

Quick Tip: Accent the edges of your papers by sanding them to reveal the inner core.
