Blooming again!

My work desk is blooming again with the latest Shady Tree Studio release. Nancy has designed three more gorgeous floral images. I just adore poppies and two of the three releases are poppy images. Here’s a design I created while using up bits and pieces of goodies on my desk. While it uses different products from yesterday’s design.. it actually uses the same red, black and soft blue color combo. Just goes to show you what a totally different look you can get while still using the same colors.

Poppies

For this design, I actually took the photo once my natural light was gone…something I really don’t like to do. While it’s not how I usually photograph, I found that taking the photo on my kitchen table with the indirect flourescent valance lights on actually works in a pinch.

Quick Tip: Black or brown chipboard is  fabulous and quick to use. You can alter it if you wish but it looks fabulous plain as well!

Have a beautiful day!
