White Wedding

jks-forever-rose-slice.jpg

I {LOVE} a white on white look in a design. I’m sure you’ve seen it from me before if you’ve been stopping by any length of time but it’s something I love to revisit now and then. There is something so clean and elegant about it and I love the challenge of getting fresh new takes for it. Often my white on white cards are wedding designs like this one here. This rose stamp from the Thomas Kinkade line by Cornish Heritage Farms looks stunning stamped monochromatically in a soft grey ink. My new fave for stamping softer images is the Smokey Grey Versafine Ink. It picks up the detail in complex images so well. If you like square card designs, don’t be afraid to crop the stamped image to whatever size or shape you like.

To add interest and texture to this design, I did some super simple scoring in a grid with the Score-pal.

Quick Tip: Scoring is a super quick and economical way to add some special interest to your project.

Have a fabulous day!
